For the many of you who were fortunate to go south to seek warmer weather, let me be one of the first to welcome you back from spring break! We are looking forward to a great summer together.
We had a great turnout for the Easter egg hunt, despite the rain delay. I enjoyed our young people creatively decorating their bikes and wagons. Please remember that they will, someday, be our future community and world leaders.
At our semi-annual meeting in March, we had a good turnout. Thank you! Much of the discussion was centered on our proposed covenants and by-laws as well as pool operations and finances.
Don’t forget our TOWN HALL MEETING, MAY 23rd, 7 p.m., FIRST CHRISTIAN CHURCH, with our attorney, Tom Murray. Bring your questions and concerns about the covenants. Please work with us to continue to improve our neighborhood. You are amazing people!
I’d like to take this opportunity to recognize and congratulate our graduates for all their hard work and a job well done. Best of luck!
On Memorial Day, let us acknowledge those who have given their lives in service to our country as well as each of our residents who have served or are currently serving in the military. Remember, “Freedom is not free!”
